Our menu is overseen by Executive Chef Mark Gibson, who honed his skills at Charleston’s Mills House Hotel, the epitome of Southern hospitality and Lowcountry cuisine. At Buck Ridge, Chef Mark has developed his own signature style that combines Southern regional specialties with a gourmet flair. We are pleased to provide a wide range of dining events, from pre-dawn hunters’ breakfasts to sophisticated multi-course meals, to casual outdoor barbecues and oyster roasts.
